Account & Access
Q: Do I need to pay to use Contract Coach?A: No, Contract Coach offers free modules that may be accessed without cost upon registration. At your election, you may subscribe at any time to “All Access” to access all modules and leverage additional functionality available only in the subscription services.
Q: How do I sign up or log in?A: Click “Start for Free” on the homepage, or click “Sign In” if you already have an account.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?A: No password is needed to log into Contract Coach! Simply enter your email and verify your account with the “One Time Passcode” or “OTP”
Subscription & Billing (All Access Pass)
Q: What is the “All Access Pass”?A: The All Access Pass unlocks premium content: including the full library of negotiation topics, example language, advanced strategies, the ability to create “Cases” and save shortcuts, plus direct support/feedback.
Q: What are the pricing options?A: We offer monthly and annual plans. Please find our current offerings on the home page.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?A: Yes, you can cancel on your billing page; your access remains until end of the paid period.
Using the Platform & Features
Q: What kind of contract types does Contract Coach cover?A: We currently support common contract types including Non-Disclosure Agreements and Services Agreements. Stay tuned, Contract Coach may offer more contract types and features in future releases!
